Overview

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking Lead Generators to work in Brandywine Maryland area retail stores. 

Full and Part-time positions available 7 days a week. 

Full-time 4 days on/3 days off each week or flexible part-time hours. 

Full Benefits package, Health Insurance, 401K, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, and Sick Pay for full-time employees. 

No experience necessary. Paid training provided. 

Hourly Base paid weekly plus bonuses paid monthly. $20-$28 per hour income potential. 

Responsibilities

Duties 

• Interact with customers 
• Talk about Heating, Air Conditioning, and Indoor Air Quality 
• Introduce “Lennox HVAC Equipment” to customers 
• Discuss replacing Home Heating – A/C Systems 
• Discuss Air Filtration and Humidity Control Systems 
• Schedule appointments for “FREE In-Home Consultation”
