This position is based out of our Manassas, Virginia office. Must be willing to move to the Northern Virginia area for this role.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
• Team player

Core Competencies :

• Servicing, Diagnosing, Repairing, and Installing products such as : water heaters, garbage disposals, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, and sump pumps
• Ability to perform work in accordance with best practices according to manufacturers specifications and industry standards
• Relating value of service and products as solutions to customers needs and wants
• Strong communication skills
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes
