What We Need: 

F.H. Furr is seeking a dedicated Residential Service Trades Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to homeowners. Our journey began in 1981, and today, we are known for providing top-quality residential services. The ideal candidate will not only bring technical and managerial expertise but also possess the intangibles needed to take our residential department to new heights. This opportunity is to lead a service department in our Georgetown, Delaware office.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with our Talent Team to recruit and hire technicians and tradespeople, specializing in residential applications
• Train and develop new team members alongside our technical trainers to create skilled service professionals
• Set and support performance goals for service technicians
• Ensure the team consistently delivers top-quality residential services
• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in residential services
• Proven experience in residential service trades
• Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth among team members
• Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction
• Strong leadership skills and a history of achieving business goals
• Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking
• Effective presentation skills and comfort speaking to groups
• Confident and decisive communication in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
