Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound/outbound customer inquiries
• Handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Manage and handle department emails in a timely manner
• Assist other department employees with membership related questions

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational requirement to excel in this role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Ability to utilize software for data management and reporting purposes
• Customer Service/Administrative Experience: Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred, showcasing your ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Dependable and Punctual: Consistent attendance and reliability are crucial in maintaining team efficiency and meeting company goals
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture

Compensation - $18.00 per hour
