As our HVAC Install Coordinator and Office Assistant, you'll be the hub connecting installation technicians, customers, and management. Responsibilities

Who/What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, attentive, and organized individual to join our team as an HVAC Install Coordinator and Office Assistant. You will communicate with the installation technicians, customers and the management team. This role includes a variety of tasks that range from processing paperwork, pulling permits, scheduling jobs, sending emails, and registering equipment for warranty purposes. Some other duties will include general assistance around the office such as data entry, filing paperwork, etc.
