Responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with providing support for the Service Department as well as our clients with a positive and cooperative can-do attitude.

Essential Functions

• Send backflow reports to proper authority and/or upload to Mobile-eyes (Indiana Portal).
• Send or upload completed fire extinguisher reports to clients and AHJ using Service Trade or Mobile-eyes (Indiana Portal).
• Bill all service trade work for Illinois and Indiana.
• Daily accounts receivable analysis and resolution of outstanding receivables.
• Attend weekly review of open jobs and jobs needing invoiced.
• Price material on T&M tickets using price book. Invoice client.
• Track chargeable hours on T&M tickets and lump sum proposals for department managers.
• Setup and schedule Alarm jobs in Service Trade.
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
• Build recurring Fire Protection and Alarm inspections in Service Trade.

What it takes

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Service Trade, Service Management, or similar software program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable of A/R data analysis
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Effective time management in a fast paced environment
