Job Description: The role of the Metrology Applications Technician encompasses a variety of tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Metrology Applications Technician is required to provide support to our 3D Scanning Automation Engineering Team; review, modify, and adjust parameters in the analysis software based on feedback from the 3D Scanning Automation Engineering Team; support with analyzing 3D Scan Data; create reports based on the 3D Scan Data; assist in providing feedback to customers, contractors, and subcontractors; as well as organize and prepare documents/presentations for customers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Experience

·Knowledge and experience in 3D CAD Software (e.g. Catia, NX) preferred

·Knowledge in Metrology Software (PolyWorks, PC-DMIS) and Metrology Hardware preferred

Education

·Associate’s Degree

Skills

·Proficiency in Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

·Bi-lingual (English and at least conversational level Korean) preferred

·Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients

·Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
