We seek a Full-Time Maintenance Tech for our Michigan locations (Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties). Our maintenance tech supports the Regional of Facilities in ensuring our facilities equipment is properly working at all times.

Some Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of production machines and equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations the proper manager and/or supervisor.
• Light cleaning of the facilities when it is needed.
• Travel is required through Metro Detroit for all EZ Storage Facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
