Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to determine assembly specifications
- Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precise assembly
- Perform basic soldering tasks as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and machinery
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and working in a controlled environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
