Your job responsibilities/duties will entail the following:
- Answering company’s main phone line and emails. Assisting with customer service and sales needs.
- Assist customers with giving updates on the stock, ETA’s on shipping, transferring and following up.
- Sending out samples to customers.
- Working with Product Development to organize & label all new items / colors with tracking on their arrivals and approvals. This includes; finding headers, creating approval/rejection shipping sample sheets, and sending samples to the mills overseas.
- Working with production to track a Delivery Sheet for all vendors. Tracking all incoming developments on a daily delivery sheet with all updates.
- Working Social media, Marketing and Shopify website content with Creative team. These channels include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Responsible for weekly updating Stock Inventory on company website & other sales avenues. These include Shopify and MOD2.
- Assisting Productive Development & Production on all daily needs.
- Run any reports needed. Providing suggestions, updates and observations on what is selling well.
- Assisting all teams with various needs and projects and duties.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct cold calling and generate leads
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred
