Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join Ez Dayz Landscaping. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising landscaping laborers to maintain an operable crew. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Perform supervisor tasks such as maintaining the crew and managing time efficiently.
- Assist landscape laborers in tasks; this is not just a sit and watch position. Tasks may include installation of aggregates, sod, irrigation systems, deck and fence repair, etc.
- Collaborate with clients on site and be approachable at all times to help understand their needs and provide recommendations.
- Must be able to problem solve.
- Train other team members in landscape maintenance techniques.
-Must assure daily tasks are getting completed such as vehicle, tool, and timesheets are done correctly.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques required.
- Proficiency in groundskeeping tasks required
- Experience in tree care, including pruning, trimming, and planting required.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair required.
- Leadership skills to supervise and train other team members required.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality results required as well as client cooperation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
