What are we looking for?

The ERP Specialist plans, guides, designs, and implements systems for the application of electronic data processing or for the improvement of existing data processing applications.

· Primarily responsible for the broad aspects of data processing systems (ERP) throughout the organization.

· Manages the interaction between systems, not only to avoid redundancies in storage and processing, but also to take advantage of new and more effective ways of providing needed information.

· May occasionally train end-users.

What specifically will you be doing?

· Perform ERP system administration in support of Business needs

· Install and test ERP software patches, upgrades, and performance tuning

· Assist in strategic development of future ERP planning and deployment

· Provide day to day support to ERP questions and issues as they arise

· Lead and contribute to design discussions in a cross-functional setting

· Assist in developing standards, guidelines, and best practices

What do we need from you?

• 5 years' experience in design, implementation, and support of Visual ERP systems, required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related, preferred
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes, preferred
• Experience with MS SQL would be a plus
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player who is able to manage time to meet deadlines independently
