As a Remote Warehouse Registration Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse. Your primary duties will include verifying shipments, updating inventory databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders or packing slips.
2. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
3. Enter data into the warehouse management system to update inventory records.
4. Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.
5. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and shipping/receiving activities.
6. Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to resolve any issues related to shipments or inventory.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
8. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packaging, labeling, and order picking.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
