We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our office. The successful candidate will be an individual who enjoys working with the public, have a willingness to cross-train in other office duties, and a team player that can also work independently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth. Prior Optometric/Optical experience preferred but not required for a strong customer service candidate. Must be a self-starter, able to use the computer, and reliable.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Help customers choose appropriate eyewear and lenses.
• Advise patients how to care for their vision problems and tell them where they can get help if they need it.
• Discuss a vision problem with a doctor or other professionals.
• Answer phones as needed.
• Social Media Content Creations.
• Assisting with Dry Eye MedSpa duties.
• Provide pre and post eye examination assistance and follow-ups.
• Order eyeglasses (frames and/or lenses) and contact lenses for patients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week
