We are a fast paced single specialty Ophthalmology Ambulatory Surgery Center in downtown Nashville seeking a Certified Scrub Tech who wants to work Monday - Thursday with occasional half day Fridays. NO call NO holidays and NO weekends!

Job Description:
The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities. Eye Surgery Center of Nashville is a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Scrub Tech program required
- Previous experience as a Scrub Tech for 2 years is desired
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique
