Eye Physicians Surgeons is Hiring a Medical Appointment Scheduler Near Wexford, PA
A front desk team member in an Ophthalmology Practice who answers phones, schedules appointments, collects co-payments, greets patients and performs and other duties required of our Patient Services Representatives.
Essential responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette.
- Check patients in and out.
- Schedule/confirm patient appointments.
- Perform all necessary paperwork (i.e. referrals, appointment cards, prior authorizations).
- Collect all co-payments and past due balances.
- Experience in OPHTHALMOLOGY preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Experience:
- Optometry or Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
