Job Responsibilities Greet patients with a smile, perform check-in of patients including review of demographics and running eligibility, process patients check-out by collecting co-pays and other fees, scheduling follow-up appointments, distributing glasses and contact lens prescriptions and orders, appointment and recall reminders, opening and closing of office, and maintaining clean atmosphere.
