Overview:
Finken Water Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be the key player in their HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions, as well as some social media functions. Duties:
- Administer various HR programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll and benefits. Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand. Other duties as assigned.
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employee.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Associates degree or related work experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
