Exyte is looking for a Summer 2024 Intern - Architectural Designer with a drive to learn. This person will work under the direction of an assigned mentor. Project will consist primarily in the Biopharma and Life Sciences industry.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Assisting in development of project documents (e.g., calculations, reports, construction drawings and specifications, etc.) for clients in coordination with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
- Assisting with development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under direction of the project team lead.
- Coordinating with other disciplines and other internal and external team members (e.g., vendors, clients, and contractors).
Show your expertise
Pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field required
At least a 3.0 GPA preferred
Must be at least in Junior year of college
Prior experience as an intern in a project team environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
