• Provides consulting and process support to BL Recruiting Coordinators and BL Campus Recruiting Teams
• Active in all areas of external candidate recruiting from sourcing through offer release to Day One completion

Job Role Responsibilities

• Trains all recruiting participants
• Coordinates all recruiting-related activity
• Provides guidance to recruiting admins and analysts
• Collects and enters salary information data
• Approves background checks and evaluates Prior Experience Credit
• Collects and stewards external recruiting targets
• Provides data and data analysis to BL and BL HR
• Provides insight for staffing strategies
• Progresses employer branding strategies and related actions
