Assistant Manager

Job requirements:

• 1 year C-Store management preferred

• Great attitude

• Knowledge of recruiting/interviewing practices
• Time management & Organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work 40hrs/work week
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties:

• The assistant manager is responsible for assisting with the day to day store operations, including running registers, training, and supervising employees.

• List of Responsibilities
• Assist in ensuring excellent customer service.
• Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept
• Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.
• Follow and enforce all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store Operations
