We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

EXTERIORMAX is a rapidly growing insurance restoration and remodeling company based out of Greenbelt, Maryland. We are looking for a bilingual, Spanish speaking, scheduling coordinator to join our team and support our company’s overall growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Appointment setting and scheduling for our fast-paced sales department
• Confirming set appointments with our clients & Sales Representatives
• Position also includes administrative duties to support the sales department
• Contacting prospects who have an interest in our services
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Maintaining professionalism to provide the best customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Individual with scheduling and administrative experience
• Strong communication skills centered around scheduling and customer service
• Background working in a fast-paced environment, relying heavily on organizational skills
• Creative problem solver
• Call Center, Inside Sales, and CRM experience is a PLUS
• Familiar with Google calendar is also a PLUS
• A great attitude and motivation to succeed!
