**Job Description:**

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team as an appointment setter and lead generator for their Insurance Restoration Roofing Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads daily, exceeding weekly targets, and moving into a leadership position within 3-6 months (possibly sooner) through direct, face-to-face interactions with potential customers at their homes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conducting door-to-door sales presentations to promote our products/services

- Generating and qualifying leads through targeted prospecting efforts

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives

- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

- Reporting on marketing activities, progress, and results

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record of success in door-to-door sales and marketing

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
