This position is a door-to-door, lead generation position. You will meet with homeowners in Monmouth County to generate interest for our sales team. _ This is not a sales role_.
You are simply approaching qualified homeowners and offering free solutions to obvious and visible problems with their Roof, Windows, Gutters, Doors, or Siding.
If you have a good attitude and are good with people, we will teach you the skills and necessary tools to succeed and make as much money as possible. No prior construction experience required.
The top performers in this Group have a direct growth path to our In-Home Sales and Project Management teams where top earners will be in the $150,000 compensation range.
