Job Overview: We are seeking Client Coordinators to facilitate our sales process, manage client inquiries, and ensure seamless project execution. Collaborating closely with inspectors, vendors, and internal teams, you'll draft proposals, monitor project progress, and maintain exceptional client communication. This role offers ample networking opportunities at industry events and fosters professional growth within a thriving market.

What you’ll do

• Follow established sales processes to address client inquiries and requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to determine project costs.
• Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and client communication.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks and build relationships.
• Adhere to on-call procedures for efficient client communication.
• Participate in project meetings, including board and pre-bid meetings, as needed.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and present proposals based on project estimates and client needs.
• Coordinate with inspectors for accurate reporting and budget allocation.

What you’ll need

• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening.
• Dedication to delivering extraordinary customer service.
• High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in association management preferred.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer usage with a willingness to learn new software.

Salary Bands and Job Levels:
