The Role:

At Extensiv we are building something special to change the landscape for brands and merchants and how they drive fulfillment for their customers, leveraging a private and/or external network without relinquishing control or visibility.

The Billing Manager Product Manager will drive the design and build of brand-new features and functions that will solve for the next generation of eCommerce fulfillment billing and accounting solutions. They will work with customers to collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the billing solution roadmap and vision and will collaborate with Sales teams, other Product Managers, company leadership, and other internal stakeholders. Above all, their work will significantly impact the way fulfillment billing works.

What You Will Do:

• Own the Billing Manager and payments vision and direction including billing workflows, charge generation, invoicing, accounting and ERP integrations.
• Work with internal product teams to align on cross-product strategy and negotiate priorities from a billing perspective.

• Work closely with a Technical Lead and UX Designer to “discover”, design, and implement new features and products that solve customer billing needs.
• Motivate, encourage and drive the developers, QA, design, and other functional departments to deliver excellence on a daily basis.
• Communicate the Billing Manager roadmap, mission, priorities, progress and goals to the company and customers through a variety of methods.
• Demonstrate new functionality, collect constructive feedback, and implement innovative ideas from user groups and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and/or liaison and channel the input and feedback from SMEs for other Extensiv organizations.

• Identify and track key performance metrics that identify both strategic successes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to prepare and guide successful product launches.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure product opportunities are valuable to customers, viable for the business, easy to use, and technically feasible.
• Understand Extensiv's strategic and competitive position in the market and work to deliver products that are recognized as industry best.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

• Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives.

You Bring/Are:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or comparable experience
• 3 years of hands-on product management experience

• Experience with SaaS products and architecture
• Experience working with products related to billing, finance, payments, and/or accounting
• Experience with payment platform integrations highly preferred (i.e. Stripe, Payrix, Versapay, etc.)
• A background/experience in e-commerce, finance, accounting, supply chain, third-party logistics, order management, or warehouse management systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to promoting transparency within the business

• Ability to organize and manage communications across multiple channels simultaneously
• Experience working directly with internal stakeholders and other product teams to identify needs and balance cross-product priorities

Extensiv strives to provide competitive market-informed compensation based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. The salary range for this position is $99,000 to $130,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
