Extension is seeking a Leave Management Analyst for a contract-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Assist LOA team with full-cycle requests and accommodations
- Perform detailed and comprehensive analysis and develop
recommendations.
- Work with HRBPs and managers to make appropriate accommodations when needed.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of LOA experience within large organization (healthcare preferred)
- Collaborative!
- Able to work within fast-paced, heavy-volume environment
Salary Information
- $25 - $37/hour
