Extended Family Home Care if a private homecare company based in Dover NH, specializing in helping seniors age in place. We are looking for a part time RN/LPN (non-medical role) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have creative problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail. the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and thieve in a collaborative workplace.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Nursing will be performed in the field as well as in our Dover, NH office. Office based duties include care plan creation and updating, client/caregiver matching, communication with doctor’s offices, etc. Field based duties include client assessments, weekly nursing visits and caregiver training/mentoring/supervision.
