CAREGIVER JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing companionship and enjoying conversation with our clients in their homes
- Assisting clients with grocery shopping, transportation to appointments, running errands, and fun outings
- Providing occasional personal care (bathing, dressing, incontinence care, feeding)
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Caring for some clients in memory care
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable vehicle to transport clients, driver's license with clean driving record, and current auto insurance
- Provide 2-3 professional references
- Must speak, read, and write clear English and be an excellent communicator
- More than one year of caregiving experience preferred
- Flexible schedule with 4 hour, 6 hour, 8 hour, 12 hour, and overnight shifts available
- Industry leading compensation $19 - $22 an hour
- Overtime opportunities up to $33 an hour
- Friday - Sunday hours paying $1 more per hour
- 1 full week of paid vacation per year and paid sick leave
- $500 bonuses for employee referrals
- On call opportunities of up to $300 EXTRA per week
- Time and a half pay up to $33/hour for 7 major holidays
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.60 per mile while driving between, with, or for clients
- Paid online trainings to improve your skill set
