We are seeking a dedicated Regional Business Office Consultant to oversee the financial and administrative operations of multiple long-term care facilities within a designated region.

Regional Business Office Consultant must have the following:

• Extensive experience in financial management, billing and administration within the long-term care or healthcare industry.

• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple facilities or a regional office.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team setting. Positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks.

• Appropriate, neat, and professional grooming, manners and conduct.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel and email.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

As a Regional Business Office Consultant, you will:

• Provide strategic financial leadership for multiple long-term care facilities within the designated region.

• Collaborate with individual Business Office Managers to ensure consistency and adherence to financial goals.

• Oversee billing processes across the region, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.

• Collaborate with facility teams to optimize revenue cycle management and minimize billing errors.

• Work with facility managers to develop and manage annual budgets.

• Develop and distribute financial reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on financial analysis.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration between regional and facility teams.

• Conduct regular meetings with facility Business Office Managers to address challenges, share best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
