Extended Care Clinical, LLC is Hiring an Assistant administrator Near Chicago, IL

The Nursing Home Assistant Administrator assists the LNHA with all business-related activity to achieve the Company vision and supporting strategies and assures that the company's image as an ethical and high-quality provider of health services is maintained.

As the Assistant Administrator, you will assist in the overall operation of the facility under current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

The Assistant Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with the standards of practice for skilled nursing and long-term care and achieving a proficient level of competency within all departments of the facility.

Nursing Home Assistant Administrator Requirements

  • Possess basic financing and accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required.
  • Previous experience in the long-term care industry is required.
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
  • Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.
  • Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large.
  • Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
  • Ability to maintain a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Current Illinios LNHA license.
