We are seeking a proactive and organized Director of Operations to oversee and streamline our company's operational processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the controller to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables, manage vendor services and orders, and facilitate effective communication within the team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing expectations to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate efforts with the controller to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables, obtaining proper sign-off.
• Manage vendor services and orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare clear and concise communications with the team, facilitating effective collaboration and understanding.
• Responsible for Change Requests to notify the team of scope changes and ensure proper adjustments are made.
• Work closely with watch vendors to maintain strong relationships and drive results.
