This position ensures policies and processes are followed across operational functions, which will ensure inventory integrity and control and customer satisfaction. Also, aligns customer delivery requirements with financial objectives and to support data collection efforts, DOA analysis, defect analysis and customer reporting. The incumbent will also supervise the work activities of inventory control & quality specialists in an ISO-9001 environment. We are willing to train candidates with a strong inventory management background.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for all ExpressPoint and customer inventory cycle counting and reportingProvide root cause analysis of inventory variances to operations. Recommend and implement process changes to eliminate inventory variances.Provides leadership to staff in terms of quality analysis tools, customer reporting, functional requirements, and process design.Assists with creating policies and procedures as needed to meet operational, financial and quality requirementsResearches and resolves inventory problems or issues in a timely mannerImplement, communicate and train functional departments including, but not limited to, receiving, shipping, warehouse, production, procurement/planning, on cycle counting and physical inventoriesPerforms 2nd cycle count as needed lost or high dollar missing partsParticipates in New Customer implementationsAssists with the recalculating ABC partsAudit daily inventory transactions as neededCoordinate the reporting and disposition of excess inventoryAttends meetings and assists in developing process improvements to ensure inventory integrityInteraction with internal and external auditors as needed.Detailed understanding of all computer systems and inventory control.Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.Manages outsource and nonconforming materials.RequirementsEducation: High school diploma required, Associate
