This position will be using testing equipment to test, image and configure computer products, such as laptops, handheld devices and pin pads. Our ideal candidate has basic knowledge of electronics and previous experience repairing and/or configuring computer hardware. Formal experience is not required. If you are a computer geek/tech junkie - you will be awesome at this job!Job DutiesPerforms basic testing on electronic productsDetermines if the designated product passes all test cycles. Collects diagnostic information needed and enters it into our tracking softwareConfigures product to customer specificationVisually inspects product for damageUnpacks, cleans, re-labels and re-packages product in relation to above activitiesPerforms other duties and special projects as assignedEducation/TrainingHigh school diploma or GED preferred and/or6 months related experience (electronics or other mechanical repair)Other SkillsGood attention to detail and the ability to handle small partsHigh school level math, reading and writing skills desirableGood communication and interpersonal skillsMust be flexible, adaptable and able to learn new methods and procedures as requested or required to meet company and customer needs
