RESPONSIBILITIES for a Retail Associate Manager

• Coach associates in building relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
• Provide Retail Store Manager with feedback and solutions to improve customer service and sales results
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and customers.
• Know and use the store systems to support the Customer Experience
• Utilize tools and resources to grow internal talent to the next level.
• Build skills and successes through continued coaching and performance assessment conversations.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of Performance Improvement Plan for Human Resources.
• Maintain a neat clean organized store environment at all times.
• Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology. Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.

• BA / BS degree or equivalent education through work experience
• Track record of high personal performance
• Wireless or telecom-related background required
• Some experience performance managing commissioned sales teams
• Some coaching and development skills
• Operational and financial performance management know-how
