• Receiving and managing the flow of internal parts from various departments
• Picking parts and kitting of jobs prior to delivery to next cell
• Transport kitted parts between departments
• Creating and maintaining shortage list
• Forecasting required inventory for upcoming projects
• Communicating inventory needs to Inventory Lead
• Use company’s ERP system to manage inventory data
• Close completed job tickets
• Understand job tickets and flow of parts, ensure others receive needed materials on time
• Manage stocked inventory – bin locations, stocking rules, ie. Safety stock and batch quantities
• Keep-fill inventory activities
• Packaging and labeling products and parts – inventory tags for quick and easy identification

• Minimum Education and Experience Preferred:
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma / GED or equivalent

• 50LB max lifting requirement
• Must be able to bend repetitively and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to transport product between departments via carrying and/or pushing carts
• Must be able to reason and partake in critical decision making
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Basic computer skill
