Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is Hiring an Automotive Service Writer / Shop Manager Near Allen, TX
Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers is currently seeking an automotive shop manager at our Tempe and Gilbert locations.
We offer quick and convenient oil changes as well as full service mechanical repairs.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Leading your team to provide the best customer experience in the industry
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the direction of shop employees.
- Maintain focus on sales and customer service goals
- leading, motivating and counseling employees to achieve success at work as well as their personal lives
- Demonstrated history of improving company sales while also retaining customers, and leading staff with a low turnover rate.
Qualifications:
- valid drivers license
- Ability to work Saturdays (we are closed Sundays)
- 2 years experience in a leadership role.
- Automotive experience preferred but not required
- reliable transportation
- must be competitive and motivated
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
