Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith to join our team. As a Field Tech Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, rekey and maintaining various types of locks and safe keypads for Residential and Commercial. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace locks, keypads locks in residential and commercial
- Cut new or duplicate keys using key-cutting machines, rekey locks and rekey with master
- Provide emergency services for customers and able to dispash co-workers
- Install new deadbolts, door closer, panic bars, store front repair, break inn repair.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in locksmithing technology and techniques
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks, keys, and commercial safes
- Proficient in using locksmith tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve lock-related issues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
