About us

Express Gym Supply is fitness equipment delivery and installation company, covering the entire west coast with it's primary warehouse location located in Corvallis, OR. Our goal is to provide the best possible fitness equipment delivery and installation for our customers.

We are seeking a motivated Delivery & Installation Technician to join our team in Corvallis, Oregon. As a Install Technician, you will be responsible for providing delivery and assembly of various fitness equipment to our customers. Your attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform delivery and assembly of a variety of fitness equipment.
  • Efficiently repair or replace defective parts, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
  • Test equipment after assembly to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of installations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service repertoire, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Organizational skills to manage tasks, maintain inventory, and keep accurate records.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new equipment and assembly techniques.
  • Must be able to pass a background test and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to comfortably lift 70lbs
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Experience driving 26' box truck (non CDL) preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
