Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Pay: $22-23
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and diagrams to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks for parts or whole units according to orders.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness.
- Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed.
- Document work hours and maintain proper documentation for each unit.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting specifications and resolving any issues.
- Continuously train to improve welding techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in metal fabrication or related field.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within metal fabrication.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG and Flux Core.
- Ability to read measurements, interpret blueprints, and determine square.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to meet production goals.
- Follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
