Dishwasher / Utility Associate

The Dishwasher / Utility Associate performs a combination of tasks to maintain the kitchen work area in a clean and orderly condition.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• 1. Returns food carts to dish room from dining areas;
• 2. Scrapes food from dirty dishes and places them on racks for dish washing;
• 3. Removes trash and disposes of it in proper manner;
• 4. Leaves work area in a clean and sanitary manner;

5. Performs other duties as requested.
