Our client is seeking Production Employee/Operators to join their team! These positions are very hands-on and involve performing manufacturing operations utilizing machines and/or working by hand.

Production Employee/Operator Duties:

• Operate production machinery and equipment to fabricate, assemble, and package products.
• Cutting, stitching, or assembling product.
• Working with materials such as leather, solvents, adhesives, etc.
• Pushing/pulling product racks.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Understand and follow all safety practices and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Production Employee/Operator Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must have good eye-hand coordination.
• Must have good work history and attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Production Employee/Operator Pay: $17.00 per hour

1st shift, Mon-Fri or Mon-Thurs, 4-10hr shift or 5-8hr shifts.
