Express Employment Professionals is looking for Maintenance Technicians for a company in Elroy. All three shifts are available.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $20-$30 per hour based on experience
Shifts: 1st - 7 AM - 3 PM, 2nd - 3 PM - 11 PM and 3rd shift 11P - 7 AM - All shifts work Monday through Friday
All shifts will need to train on first shift
Average work week: 45 hours
Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Install, repair, and replace various components such as motors, switches, valves, and pumps
- Conduct tests and analyze data to identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Experience Needed:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with industrial electrician practices and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
