Accounts Receivable Specialist - Contractor Company

$18.00 - $20.00 to start,

PLUS monthly bonus of $150 - $600

depending on volume collected. Merit raises, plus UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITY for ADVANCEMENT.

Mon-Fri, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm. Can start immediately. Pelham, AL.

Here's an Overview of Your Day-to-Day :

• Calling customers to obtain payments
• Posting customer payments by recording checks, and credit card transactions
• Updating receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
• Maintaining records of invoices, debits, and credits
• Resolving collections by examining customer payment plans and payment history
• Keeping organized and detailed documentation of all correspondence with customers
• Handling customer disputes in regard to payments or invoicing
• Handling all Liens and documentation of such records
• Reporting monthly statements
