Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Cloud and Systems Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team responsible for the management and maintenance of our physical and virtual servers, including our Azure server environment. Conducts or participates in the research, design and development of information processing systems and architecture. Defines requirements for hardware system architecture and evaluates performance implements test plans and handles system documentation. This includes everything from conceptual drawing through implementation and daily maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cloud and systems operations professionals.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our physical and virtual servers, including our Azure server environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our cloud and systems operations.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the seamless integration of our cloud and systems operations with other business functions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud and systems operations and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in cloud and systems operations, including experience with Azure.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
