Job description:

• Review import documentation and paperwork provided by agents
• File ISF and AMS depending on customer’s needs
• Track & Trace inbound Ocean and Air Freight
• Provide arrival notices to customers and brokers
• Collect OBLs & Payment, when necessary, before releasing/delivering merchandise
• Communication and Follow-up with customers, agents and vendors
• Proactively, handle files to avoid last minute surprises/losses
• Proactively, search for better vendors for cost-cutting and improved service
• Invoice and close files in a timely manner to ensure monthly closings
• Act as back-up for colleagues, when absent
• Perform other duties as needed
• Good verbal & written communication skills in English
• Team player with strong social skills
• Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Able to multi-task and handle high pressure environment
• Customer service oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
