- Manage financial transactions and oversee financial activities

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Process loans efficiently and accurately

- Utilize knowledge of TILA regulations to ensure compliance

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

- Upsell financial products and services to meet customer needs

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, loan processing, or financial services

- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and analysis

- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus

- Excellent customer relationship management skills
