Our client, a large financial services institution is looking for Senior Accounting Analyst. In this role, you'll dive into the heart of financial analysis, conducting in-depth research, reviewing financial data, and documenting your findings with precision. You'll be an integral part of a high-performing accounting team.

You'll also be the key driver behind incentive plans. Calculating and executing them with the help of specialized commissions software. As well as, partnering with the financial reporting team to assist in preparation of 10Q and 10K schedules and ensuring compliance with internal controls is up to speed.

They're not just looking for a numbers whiz, though. They want someone who can build strong relationships with clients and team members, treating everyone with respect and consideration, no matter their role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of public accounting or financial services experience
• CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of operational accounting
• System savvy
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent excel skills

• Financial Analysis & Research
• Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Month-End
• Incentive Plan Calculations/Payouts
• Financial Reporting support - preparation of 10Q & 10K
• Fulfill audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Execute basic financial modeling exercises
• Partner closely with teammates to execute special projects and initiatives
