Job Summary

The Resident Advisor/Retail Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Crater Lake area. This position will require the individual to live on-site and be available to assist guests with any needs they may have during their stay. Additionally, the Resident Advisor/Retail Associate will be responsible for managing the retail store on-site, including inventory management, sales, and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Assist guests with any needs they may have during their stay
• Ensure inventory is properly managed and stocked
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Merchandise products in an attractive and organized manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Reside in Employee Housing as Advisor
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing to live on-site
