Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at the Crater Lake location. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Schedule and assign maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or areas in need of repair
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work does not disrupt operations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, including costs and timeframes
• Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
